All-time XI Privacy Policy

Effective date: 16 September 2026

All-time XI ("All-time XI", "we", "us" or "the app") is a mobile cricket game for Android and iOS. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected or processed when you use All-time XI, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

For privacy questions or requests, contact:

alltimexi.game@gmail.com

1. Information stored on your device

All-time XI stores certain information locally on your device so the game can function and remember your progress and preferences.

This may include:

Your local completed-run database is not uploaded or synchronised to a cloud account. Some gameplay and result information may separately be sent through product analytics when Analytics is enabled, as described below.

Unfinished runs are held in memory: backgrounding the app alone does not discard them, but ending the app's process loses an unfinished run. Completed-run records and preferences are stored separately. The analytics and advertising SDKs also maintain local information such as analytics identity/queued events and advertising privacy choices.

Clearing the app's data on Android or deleting the app on Android or iOS generally removes app-local information, subject to normal operating-system behaviour. Copies of result images or messages that you have shared with other apps or people are not deleted when All-time XI is uninstalled.

2. Product analytics

All-time XI uses PostHog to help us understand how the game is used and improve the experience.

When Analytics is enabled, we may collect pseudonymous information about events such as:

Analytics may also include technical information such as app and SDK versions, Android or iOS as the operating system, session identifiers, timestamps, and pseudonymous installation, run, ad-attempt and event identifiers.

All-time XI does not use PostHog session replay, screen recording, screenshot capture, autocapture or PostHog crash recording.

We do not send PostHog your name, email address, phone number, contacts, advertising or hardware identifiers, device model, precise location or other information intended to identify you directly. The pseudonymous analytics identifiers described above are separate from advertising or hardware identifiers.

PostHog's infrastructure necessarily processes your network connection, including your IP address, when analytics events are transmitted. All-time XI disables PostHog GeoIP enrichment for its analytics events and does not request access to your device's precise location.

Analytics data is sent to PostHog's EU Cloud infrastructure.

3. Your Analytics choice

Product Analytics is enabled by default.

You can disable it at any time from:

Menu → Analytics

When Analytics is disabled, All-time XI stops capturing and uploading new PostHog analytics events and resets applicable local analytics identity and queued analytics state.

If you later enable Analytics again, future analytics activity may be collected under a reset pseudonymous identity. Activity suppressed while Analytics was disabled is not retrospectively uploaded as individual analytics events.

Local run totals and completed-run counts continue while Analytics is disabled. If you enable Analytics again before completing a run, a later completion event can include totals covering the whole run, including that interval.

Disabling Analytics does not disable rewarded advertising or change your Google advertising privacy choices.

Information already transmitted to PostHog before you disabled Analytics is not automatically deleted by switching the setting off. A request already received by the service cannot be recalled.

4. Rewarded advertising

All-time XI uses Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded advertisements.

You may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement to receive an additional Country or Year reroll. Watching rewarded advertisements is optional and is not required to play the normal game.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process information such as:

Google may use this information for advertising, measurement, security, fraud prevention and related purposes in accordance with Google's policies and your applicable privacy/consent choices.

The current iOS app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission or obtain Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA). Other Google SDK processing described above can still occur.

All-time XI does not provide Google with your name, email address, XI/player-selection analytics or a custom advertising user ID.

Advertisements may be loaded in advance so that they are available if you choose to request a rewarded reroll. This means some Google advertising processing may occur before you actively choose to watch a particular ad.

5. Advertising privacy choices

All-time XI uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising privacy and consent choices where required.

Depending on your location and applicable law, Google may present you with choices concerning advertising and data processing. Those choices can affect whether personalised, non-personalised or limited advertising is available.

Declining advertising consent does not prevent you from playing All-time XI, although it may affect the availability of optional rewarded advertisements and therefore ad-funded rerolls.

Where required, you can revisit applicable advertising privacy choices through the app's Privacy options control.

Google advertising consent and All-time XI's Analytics setting are separate controls.

6. Information we do not ask you to provide

The current version of All-time XI does not require an account or login.

We do not ask you to provide:

If you voluntarily contact us by email, we will receive the email address and information you choose to include in your message.

7. Sharing your results

All-time XI allows you to generate and share an image containing your game result and selected XI.

The image may include game information such as:

Sharing is initiated by you through Android's native sharing chooser or the iOS share sheet.

When you choose to share a result, the destination app or recipient is selected by you and their own privacy practices apply.

All-time XI does not access your personal photo library to create the result image.

8. Third-party services

All-time XI currently uses the following external services:

Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform

Used to provide optional rewarded advertising, advertising measurement, fraud prevention and applicable advertising privacy/consent controls.

Google's handling of information is governed by its applicable privacy policies and advertising technologies policies.

PostHog

Used for pseudonymous product analytics when Analytics is enabled.

All-time XI uses PostHog's EU Cloud infrastructure and has disabled GeoIP enrichment, session replay, autocapture and PostHog crash recording in the app.

Connectivity checks

The iOS app makes HTTPS connectivity checks to Apple's captive.apple.com service. Apple receives ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and standard request metadata. The check does not include your XI, game results or app analytics identifiers. Android uses the operating system's validated-network status. Game-result calculations take place on your device; a connectivity check does not upload your team for simulation.

Third-party providers may process information in accordance with their own terms, privacy policies and legal obligations.

9. Data retention

Completed-run records and preferences stored locally by All-time XI are generally retained until you clear the app's data on Android or delete the app. Temporary files and bounded analytics queues may be removed sooner by the app, its SDKs or the operating system. Unfinished runs last only for the current app process.

Analytics information already transmitted to PostHog may be retained according to the PostHog service configuration and applicable PostHog policies. Turning Analytics off prevents future analytics capture as described above but does not automatically erase information previously received by PostHog.

Advertising and consent-related information processed by Google is retained according to Google's applicable policies and controls.

Copies of game results that you voluntarily share with another app or person are controlled by that recipient after sharing.

10. Data deletion and choices

You can remove app-local All-time XI information by clearing the app's data through Android settings or deleting the app on Android or iOS. On iOS, Offload App retains documents and data; it is different from Delete App. Local deletion does not automatically delete information already received by PostHog, Google or a sharing recipient.

You can stop future PostHog product analytics from:

Menu → Analytics

Where Google's advertising privacy options are required and available, you can revisit those choices through the app's Privacy options control.

If you have a privacy or deletion request concerning information associated with All-time XI, contact:

alltimexi.game@gmail.com

Because All-time XI does not currently require an account and analytics identifiers are pseudonymous, we may need information sufficient to determine whether a particular request can technically be associated with data held by a service provider. We will not ask for unnecessary personal information merely to process a request.

11. Security

All-time XI uses app-private operating-system storage on Android and iOS for its local game records and settings.

Information transmitted to PostHog and Google through their integrated SDKs is sent using their network and security mechanisms, including encrypted network transport where provided by those services.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Children's privacy

All-time XI is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children.

The app does not ask users to provide their age or date of birth and does not knowingly operate a child-profile or children's account system.

Advertising and privacy treatment may also depend on Google Play, Apple's App Store, Google AdMob and applicable regional requirements.

If we learn that information has been collected in a way that requires action under applicable children's privacy law, we will take appropriate steps.

13. International processing

Some third-party services used by All-time XI may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

PostHog analytics for All-time XI are configured to use PostHog's EU Cloud ingestion infrastructure.

Google operates global advertising and privacy infrastructure.

The location of a service endpoint does not necessarily mean that all provider processing, support access or subprocessors are located exclusively in that region.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when All-time XI changes, when we add or remove services, or when legal or platform requirements change.

When we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this policy and make the updated version available through the app and the public Privacy Policy page.
